Great breakfast with diverse options and friendly staff.

The staff was very very helpful and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was central, next to the park, the subway for 3-4 stops, and main attractions. It also was in the Villeurbanne area.

It was bright, new-fashioned and with a nice bathroom.

The comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

Parking was a bit challenging with limited spots available, making arrival slightly stressful.

We had avery nice room and the breakfast was very good the only disappiontment that we were charged 15 euros for city tax but in our booking statement no city tax had to be paid! otherwise we enjoy our stay! Dinni ng out was good and cheap even in old part of Lyon.

The really large room with terrace, the immediate access of underground , the proximity of the heart of ancient Lyon with metro.

The unfriendlyness in the morning when I asked for a simply boiled egg as I have an allergy on fried eggs on butter basics - you have to imagine that the buffet is to be paid extra. Last but not least I got my egg, with quite a lot of arguments.

Noise disturbances from street traffic!!! Outdated decor needs modernization!!! Inadequate parking facilities create chaos !!!

perfect and clean hotel, fantastic and great location in the villeurbanne area. exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a mini bar, satellite television, and climate control in the room. above average breakfast selection for all tastes with yoghurt and cheeses, for example.

The hotel was in a comfortable location, in the centre.

Convenient transport and cozy stay

The metro station just steps away made exploring Lyon effortless. The privilege room we upgraded to was charming and well-equipped, with modern decor and a comfortable bed.

Parking was a bit challenging with limited spots available, and the breakfast options could improve in naming allergy-sensitive products ' convenience.

The lack of toiletries was absurd, I mean, who even travels without shampoo? I woudl ve been gracious enough to overlook this if I'd received an upgrade for my troubles, but obviously, I was mistaken in expecting some decency.

The hotel provides a great service. The units are luxurious and bright on a non-smoking level. The property offers above average meal in the morning with cheeses and yoghurt.

Free WiFi worked fine. Room to the back side was quiet. Close to metro and tram T1.

Rooms are tidy and considerably quiet, which was a plus. The air conditioning was efficient and kept us comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the metro stop right outside proves convenient for exploring Lyon.
